How to Delete Your House Tutors Account
At House Tutors, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, please follow the steps below for a permanent removal of your profile from our database.
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the House Tutors app on your device.
- Tap on the Profile icon or open the Side Menu.
- Select Account Settings or scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click on the Delete Account button (highlighted in red).
- Confirm your action in the popup dialog to finalize the process.
- Your account and all personal profile data will be permanently removed from our database immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Website
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:
- Email: ziaurjewel@gmail.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Required Info: Please provide your registered email address. Our team will process your request within 48-72 hours.
What data will be deleted?
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove the following information from our servers:
- Personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone number).
- Profile Picture and Location data.
- Tutor requests and teacher offers posted by you.
Note: Chat history may be retained for security and legal compliance.
হাউস টিউটর অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার নিয়ম
হাউস টিউটর অ্যাপে আমরা আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দেই। আপনি চাইলে যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং সকল ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। নিচে এর ধাপগুলো দেওয়া হলো:
১. অ্যাপের ভেতর থেকে ডিলিট করুন (সুপারিশকৃত)
- আপনার ডিভাইসে House Tutors app টি ওপেন করুন।
- আপনার প্রোফাইল আইকনে যান অথবা সাইড মেনু ওপেন করুন।
- নিচে স্ক্রল করে লাল রঙের “অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট” বাটনটি খুঁজে বের করুন।
- বাটনে ক্লিক করার পর কনফার্মেশন মেসেজে সম্মতি দিন।
- সাথে সাথে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং প্রোফাইলের সকল তথ্য আমাদের ডাটাবেস থেকে মুছে ফেলা হবে।
২. ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে অনুরোধ করুন
আপনার ফোনে যদি অ্যাপটি ইনস্টল করা না থাকে, তবে আমাদের ইমেইল করে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করার অনুরোধ জানাতে পারেন:
- ইমেইল: ziaurjewel@gmail.com
- বিষয়: অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করার অনুরোধ।
- প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য: আপনার রেজিস্টার্ড ইমেইলটি উল্লেখ করুন। আমাদের টিম ৪৮-৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ব্যবস্থা নেবে।
কোন কোন তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হবে?
অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করার সাথে সাথে আমরা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে দেব:
- আপনার নাম, ইমেইল এবং ফোন নম্বর।
- আপনার প্রোফাইল ছবি এবং লোকেশন তথ্য।
- আপনার করা সকল টিউটর রিকোয়েস্ট এবং অফার পোস্ট।
দ্রষ্টব্য: চ্যাটের তথ্য নিরাপত্তার খাতিরে কিছুকাল সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে।
সতর্কতা: একবার মুছে ফেলা হলে আপনার তথ্য আর পুনরুদ্ধার করা সম্ভব নয়।
