When you register on our app, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, and location (Area/City). This data is essential to provide our tutoring connection services.
3. Media
If you upload images to the app (such as profile pictures or documents), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other users may be able to view your profile media as part of the service.
4. Data Sharing and Purpose
We share your profile information (like subject expertise, area, and name) with other users of the app to help parents find tutors and vice versa. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
5. How Long We Retain Your Data
For users that register on our app, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile indefinitely, or until the user chooses to delete their account. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change certain core identifiers).
6. Your Rights Over Your Data
If you have an account on this app, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
7. Account Deletion

৫. আমরা কতদিন তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি
