Data Deletion Policy
At House Tutors, we are committed to protecting your personal data. This page provides information on how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems.
Request Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)
In the House Tutors app, we allow users to reset their activity by deleting specific data without losing their entire account profile.
How to request data deletion from the app:
- Open the House Tutors app.
- Tap on the Menu (Drawer) icon on the top left.
- Locate and click on the “Clear Data” button.
- Confirm your request in the popup.
- All your tutor requests, teacher offers, and notifications will be permanently removed from our database.
What types of data are deleted?
- Tutor Requests: All your active and old tuition job postings.
- Teacher Offers: All offers you have posted as a tutor.
- Notifications: Your entire notification history.
What data is kept?
- Core Profile: Your name, email, phone number, and profile picture will remain intact so you can continue using the app without re-registering.
Option 2: Permanent Account Deletion
You can also delete your account and all associated data directly through the mobile application or by sending us an email request.
- Via App: Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.
- Via Email: Send an email to ziaurjewel@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
ডেটা মুছে ফেলার নিয়মাবলী (অ্যাকাউন্ট না মুছে)
আংশিক ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ
হাউস টিউটর অ্যাপে আপনি চাইলে আপনার মূল অ্যাকাউন্টটি ঠিক রেখেই আপনার করা বিভিন্ন পোস্ট বা তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।
অ্যাপ থেকে যেভাবে ডেটা মুছে ফেলবেন:
১. House Tutors অ্যাপটি ওপেন করুন। ২. উপরের বাম কোণে থাকা মেনু (Drawer) আইকনে ক্লিক করুন। ৩. সেখানে থাকা “ডেটা মুছে ফেলা” বাটনটিতে ক্লিক করুন। ৪. কনফার্মেশন মেসেজে সম্মতি দিন। ৫. আপনার করা সকল টিউটর রিকোয়েস্ট, টিচার অফার এবং নোটিফিকেশন সাথে সাথে আমাদের ডাটাবেস থেকে মুছে যাবে।
কোন কোন তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হবে?
- টিউটর রিকোয়েস্ট: আপনার করা সকল টিউশন জবের পোস্ট।
- টিচার অফার: শিক্ষক হিসেবে আপনার দেওয়া সকল অফার।
- নোটিফিকেশন: আপনার ইনবক্সে থাকা সব নোটিফিকেশন।
কোন তথ্যগুলো থেকে যাবে?
- প্রোফাইল তথ্য: আপনার নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর এবং প্রোফাইল ছবি ডিলিট হবে না। এতে আপনি পুনরায় লগইন না করেই অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যেতে পারবেন।
